In a single 90-minute appointment, we’ll explore what’s going on, clarify your goals, and identify small, manageable steps you can take straight away. Whether you’re looking for insight, direction, or a fresh perspective with some practical next steps, single-session therapy can help you move forward.

  • A 90-minute session exploring what’s happening, what feels possible, and what might help
  • A personalised resource pack sent afterwards

This is not about squeezing months of therapy into one conversation. It’s about helping you take one meaningful step forward, with clarity, focus, and support.

Support When You Need It

You don’t need to commit to ongoing therapy to benefit from support. This session can:

  • Offer a practical starting point for change
  • Help you decide whether therapy is something you'd like to pursue
  • Give you tools to manage things differently, even if you're not ready for regular sessions

  • A tailored follow-up pack sent after the session
