Steps to recovery
Acknowledging that you have a problem is the first step to recovery so the fact that you are reading this website is a positive step.
During our sessions I will work with you to understand the underlying issues and reasons for your porn addiction which are often around managing feelings. I will talk with you and we will explore your personal triggers. We will use this information to plan our work through understanding how the situation arose. This is an essential part of the preparation for change.
Whilst changing any behaviour is challenging, it is not impossible. I will work with you to understand and manage your triggers, enabling you to take charge of your life and to build or rebuild positive future relationships.
Read my Testimonials page for comments from clients who have worked with me.
